Missed the deadline for the Communication Arts Advertising Annual.
Truth be told, I didn't have anything to submit.
Trying not to beat myself up as I haven't even hit my 1-year mark in Geneva.
I don't mind not winning awards. But not having anything to even enter bothers me.

I think international experience is certainly worth just as much--if not more--as a few advertising awards on a resume.
Which is worse Greg, not having something or having something, but your client doesn't allow its work to be entered into Award Annuals?
Not having something is way worse. Even if you can't enter work into the shows, you can always put it in your book.
A bird in your book is worth two that could have been entered into an award show but were never even created.
Or something like that.
