"Of Montreal"...not sure I'm cool enough to listen to this band, although I'm trying. I'm also pretty sure they are a group of sexual deviants, but I suppose most bands are. I say give it a try. The packaging itself is pretty interesting.
Check out The Republic Tigers, and Roguewave. I think you may enjoy them. They're on itunes, myspace etc.

Black Holes and Revelations from Muse, the red album from Weezer, or Z from My Morning Jacket. None of them are all that new, but if you haven't heard the full albums of any of these then you should.
