4% unemployment = kick out the foreigners

The Swiss government has cut the number of living permits to non-EU foreigners by 50%.

They're a little paranoid about their 4% unemployment, and blaming it on us foreigners. (I have a few words about Swiss unemployment in an upcoming post.)
